Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was 16 years old. Within a year, she was awarded her Professional Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel left the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. After completing her college education Ariel came back in the year 2015. She picked up where she was in prior contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued throughout the years following her first show, setting more ambitious targets for herself every year. In 2009 she won four more fitness titles. In 2009 she won the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel had a long break after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her college degree. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She finished at third. In June of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she did not have any expectation. Her satisfaction was high with her placement. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel's favorite body part to work out includes her lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using the machine along with bent-over rows. She usually warms up first before moving on to the work outs. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 repetitions. She would do this sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be light weight day and another heavier weight day.
